Lineman / Tree Trimming CRM

This course developed as a Crew Resource Management (CRM) program specifically aimed at non-aviation employees who are required to produce results as a team. These employees often are linemen, tree trimmers, substation crews, gas crews, dispatchers, or any construction crew operating near lines.
The exact same sequence of events that causes air crashes cause switching errors, electrocutions, and most industrial accidents where a crew or team is involved.
The course is not designed from the perspective of social science found in typical human resource training, but instead as a comprehensive course on error and threat recognition and mitigation. It has been designed by field operations personnel to be effective with field crewmembers.
